Our pieces over £2000 come with a Safeguard jewellery valuation, an independent, professionally accredited report recognised by insurers. The certificate provides detailed descriptions, photographs, and expert assessment to ensure your jewellery is accurately valued and fully protected.

All Online ring purchases are eligible for a complimentary re-size.

Please note that an item cannot be resized once it is dispatched. Once resized, items are non-refundable.

Delivery is free on all orders.

Orders are sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery, tracked and signed. Non-resized items usually arrive in 2–3 working days. Resized items will take 2–3 weeks – we’ll keep you updated.

14-day returns.

You have 14 days from delivery to request a return. Items must be in original condition, and in original packaging. Resized rings cannot be returned. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer and must be paid for using the Royal Mail Special Delivery method. Refunds are issued once we receive and inspect the item.
